Why I started The Mentality Lab

growing up, I was always looking to Be just a little bit better:
think faster, train harder, move better.
After I accomplished my sport goals,
I still wanted to push like i was that athlete,
but this time, in my career goals

Eventually, given all the stressors..
Time, responsibilities, always pushing harder…

I ended up:
•feeling beat up,
•chronic joint pain,
•mentally lost toward my goal.

My result:
Completely Burned out
No energy, no drive, & no clarity in my goal

I had an identity tied to an “old me”

If i was going to be the best at what i do
i needed to reinvent myself

Fast forward years later…

A physical & Mental Transformation
i have clear direction toward my end goal
energy levels are consistent from new habits
more mentally dialed into everything in my life.

Here’s how:
