A: Most will say it’s at least 50% of your performance. My bet is that you don’t train it 50% of the time in your training. That’s where a big hole lies in your performance.

A: No. This is for anyone that competes in a sport or aspires to compete, whether it is professional or recreationally. I work with sport specific athletes in all major sports, as well as CrossFit and endurance athletes.
