Q: Do I get coaching on this program or am I on my own?
A: There are different levels of coaching in this program that you may choose from to fit your budget.
Q: I’ve never worked out, is this for me?
A: Yes! We have people in the program that have worked out their entire lives, played high level sports, and people who have never stepped foot in a gym.
Q: How often should I expect to workout?
A: We urge most people to workout 3-5x per week. Workouts last 30-60 minutes, based on your availability.
Q: How long will this take to see results?
A: We see the most transformative results in the first 90 days. Then, the routine and habits are stabilized for longevity and long-term success.
Q: Can I just do this on my own?
The longer you wait, the worse it gets. Taking action is the quickest way to get results. Most people run on a hamster wheel of indecision because they think they’ll learn it on their own or it will get better with time.
