Q: What will this program teach me as a coach?
A: We will teach you how to instruct, correct, and improve your athlete’s technique in the weight room and in running mechanics. We’ll give you the tools to improve your program from the ground up and build a foundation. The goal is to provide you with the tools to improve their strength, speed, & quickness without having to guess if your program will work. Finally, we will give you tools to help them improve their mental game in sport. This is a program designed to help you become more of a “complete coach.” You know how to coach your sport, but this is meant to teach you how to create better results in the off-season so you can get the wins you want in-season.
Q: How long will this take to see results?
A: As a coach, you will have instant credibility the moment you communicate the proper technique to your athletes. It is more common than not that high school coaches don’t know how to run a weight room and don’t know the techniques for athletes to get better outside of the sport. You know it and I know it. Athletes usually respond with big results in 60-90 days, but you’ll notice immediate improvements when you implement the movements we teach and proper form corrections. I always have quick results with athletes in the first week because they have so many movement flaws coming in. Then, they start rapidly improving in speed, quickness, and weights because of the improvement in movement mechanics and technique.
